PAYMENTS POLICY

• We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express also by UPI through G/pay, Phone Pay and Paytm, subject to approval by the issuing bank. We also accept payment by fund transfer. Please contact us by mail for fund transfer instructions.
• GST (Goods and Services Tax) that came into effect in India on 1 July 2017 is included in the purchase price. Shipping charges are not included in the price of the products. Any import duties or local taxes that apply in countries other than India are not included and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that the prices of all items on the website are the same as the Indian rupee prices in the Palace shop. For convenience, these are converted to Euros, US Dollars or British Pound Sterling for purchases abroad, at current rates of exchange. The actual price charged by your card company may be slightly different, as each bank converts amounts at the rate they are using on a particular day.
