Shipping/Customs

  • All orders within India will be shipped by Delhivery and to international destinations will be shipped by Delhivery / Federal Express (FedEx). Shipping charges will vary depending on weight and volume of the order, and destination country. Shipping charges include packing and handling charges. Weights are calculated as shipping weights (i.e., including presentation and packing boxes where applicable).
  • PLEASE NOTE: International orders may be subject to customs, VAT and sales tax tariffs in recipient countries. Delhivery / FedEx will pay these charges at point of entry and collect any amount due from the recipient. If you are ordering as a gift, you may want to notify the recipient that additional charges of this type may be collected. Prices given on the site include the GST tax that came into effect in India on 1 July 2017.

Delivery Times

  • Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt, and an e-mail confirmation will be sent with the tracking number. Please note that all international shipments will clear customs in India, as well as in the recipient country, and in rare cases there may be resulting delays that are beyond our control. The Delhivery / FedEx tracking number will allow you to monitor progress of the shipment.

Sizes

  • Garment sizes are mentiond against all such products and kept as per availability. The Bangles are offered in two sizes, medium (6.2 cms; approx 2-3/8 inches) and large (6.5 cms; approx 2-5/8 inches). These are the interior diameter measurements.

Currency

  • Website prices are given in Indian rupees, at same prices at which the products are on retail sale in the Palace Collection Shop at Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur. A currency conversion tab has been provided to give you approximate equivalent in your own currency. Please note that the actual amount charged may differ slightly from this, as your credit card company/bank will convert the price at the rate applicable on their billing date.

Returns

  • Damaged products or incorrectly filled orders may be returned within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact your local Delhivery/ Federal Express office for instructions.

Failed Transactions

  • For any failed transactions where the amount has been debited from your account but not reached us, please wait for 72 hours and then both parties shall resolve this in coordination with their respective banks.

  • If you wish to order any item that the website indicates is out of stock, please email us. We will provide details on whether/when the item will be available
